What you get

Seat Maker is a drag-and-drop seating chart app for weddings, receptions, banquets, parties, and classrooms. Build the room with round, rectangle, square, and oval tables, import your guest list from Contacts or a CSV file, and move people into place with your finger. Lock the seats that cannot change, shuffle the rest to try new combinations, and export the finished plan as an image, a PDF, or a QR code your venue can scan.

Requirements

• iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 16 or later.
• Light and dark mode, with VoiceOver support throughout.
• No account required to start a seating chart.
• No internet connection required once the app is installed.

What it costs

Seat Maker is free to download and free to start. You can build a seating chart and see how the app works before deciding whether to subscribe. Some advanced features require an in-app subscription, which you can manage or cancel from your Apple ID settings at any time.

How to install

3. 3. Open the app and create your first event. No sign-in needed.
