These terms apply to Seat Maker's website and connected services, provided by Austin Frankel. By using these services, you agree to these terms. Seat Maker helps you create, save, export, and share seating plans.
App Store License
The Seat Maker app distributed through Apple's App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs the app license. These website terms do not replace it.
Your Account and Seating Plans
Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You retain ownership of the content you add. You give Seat Maker permission to process, store, sync, display, and share that content as needed to provide the features you use. Only add guest details, contacts, images, or other material you are authorized to use.
Review your seating plan before using or distributing it. Public sharing links let people with the link view the shared plan, so consider the guest information you include. Keep an exported copy of plans you need for your event.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features require payment. The purchase screen shows the price, currency, access period, and any trial or renewal terms before you confirm. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the provider you purchased from. One-time purchases do not renew.
Manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings. For a web subscription, use the billing management link provided after checkout or contact support. Deleting Seat Maker or your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles App Store payment and refund requests; contact us about a web purchase.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Do not use Seat Maker for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to access another person's account without permission, or to disrupt or abuse the service. We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the service's security. Features may change, and online services can be interrupted for maintenance or repairs.
Privacy, Deletion, and Support
Our Privacy & Data Usage policy explains how we use account, product, and advertising measurement data. You can request account deletion or removal of specific data. For questions about these terms, your access, or a purchase, email hello@seatmakerapp.com.
