Delete some of your data

You can clean up what you’ve put into Seat Maker without closing your account. Useful when your wedding or event is over but you still want to sign in to plan the next one.

You can also do most of this from the app

A seating chart: open it, tap Delete.
Everything at once: Settings, Account, Delete All Data. (That one signs you out too.)
Imported contacts: Settings, Privacy, clear stored contacts.
Push notifications: turn them off in system Settings or inside Seat Maker.
A share link: they automatically expire 30 days after you create them. Use the form below if you want one removed sooner.

What should we delete?

What we leave alone

Your account itself. You can keep signing in. Use Delete account if you want everything gone.
Anonymous usage stats that aren’t linked to you. Provider retention periods vary by service and legal or security requirements.
Payment receipts Apple and Stripe keep under their own policies. Seat Maker doesn’t store any payment data.

Automatic cleanup

We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed inactivity schedule. If you want your account or data removed, submit a request above so we can verify it and process it.
