Confirm the room before exporting

Check table count, shapes, labels, guest counts, and any tables the venue added or removed.

Confirm the people

Review late RSVPs, no-shows, accessibility needs, kids, vendors, speakers, and any VIP placements.

Confirm the handoff

Decide who owns the final file. Send one clean export and avoid multiple unofficial versions.

Final chart review

  • Every table has a clear name or number.
  • Guest counts match expected attendance.
  • Locked VIP and accessibility seats are correct.
  • The latest export is labeled final.
  • A backup copy is available offline.
