Confirm the room before exporting
Check table count, shapes, labels, guest counts, and any tables the venue added or removed.
Confirm the people
Review late RSVPs, no-shows, accessibility needs, kids, vendors, speakers, and any VIP placements.
Confirm the handoff
Decide who owns the final file. Send one clean export and avoid multiple unofficial versions.
Final chart review
- Every table has a clear name or number.
- Guest counts match expected attendance.
- Locked VIP and accessibility seats are correct.
- The latest export is labeled final.
- A backup copy is available offline.
