How should you organize a guest list?
Give each person their own guest record. Keep replies and table assignments easy to scan, and review possible duplicates before importing. Two people can share the same name; a name match alone should never merge their records.
Import CSV, text, or contact files, review the names, and edit each guest. Matching names remain separate records.
Can I upload my contacts here?
