How do you count meals for an event?
Count each attending guest once in their selected main-meal category. Show unanswered choices separately, then confirm dietary requirements with the guest and caterer. A dietary note is not an extra meal.
52 + 28 + 24 + 8 = 112 selected meals. With eight unanswered choices, the worksheet covers 120 guests but only 112 confirmed selections.
