Tool drafts stay in this tab and are not transferred automatically.Should you share a PDF or an online seating plan?
A PDF is a fixed document for printing or handing to a venue. An imported snapshot is a separate copy in Seat Maker. A published event page shows the host’s published content online. These formats update differently, so choose the one that suits the recipient.
Editing the source does not update a previously exported PDF or an imported snapshot. Online pages change when the host publishes updated content.
Can I print my plan?
Yes. Import your names and tables, print your plan, and check the browser’s paper and scale settings.
Does opening the preview share anything?
No. Real sharing, publication, and account plan checks happen in the signed-in workflow.
