How should you group a seating chart sign?
Group by table for a small event, or alphabetically when guests need to find their names in a longer list. Check that every guest appears once and that the text is readable at the intended print size. Print a proof before ordering a large sign.

Can I save my sign as a PDF?
Use Print sign, then choose Save as PDF in your browser. Check the paper size and turn off browser headers and footers.
