Which seating chart template should you use?
Choose the table shapes and capacity that match your event. Round tables suit smaller groups; long tables bring more people together. Use a classroom layout for desks. Open a template, then check its actual seat count before assigning guests.
Six rounds seat 48. Four long tables also seat 48, with 12 seats each. These are different editable configurations, not different pictures of the same plan.
Can I edit the layouts?
Yes. Open a layout and import your own guest list. Every table and seat can be edited.
Will a new template replace my current work?
The editor asks before switching layouts. Your account plans are never overwritten by a template click.
