How do you plan a reception layout?
Start with the room and the tables your venue provides. Leave space for entrances, walking routes, service, and dancing. Arrange the tables, then ask the venue to confirm measurements and clearances before setup.
Use the same room canvas as the Seat Maker web app. Import a venue image, confirm its dimensions, and place tables and furniture.
Is the plan drawn to scale?
The editor uses physical dimensions. Set the room size or import a measured venue plan, then confirm clearances with your venue.
